How to get Adsense account?

I have a site which is 1 month old and all the content is unique on this site.
I also get around 150 unique visitors daily but still google is not approving of my site.
Am following all the google TOS but still they are not approving of my site.
Can anyone give me suggestions?

Also is it happening with me only or there are others also who are having the same problem???

 

I also faced this problem last year.If you are from India you may face this problem.
Here are my tips to get your account approved.
First you are from India then buy a .in domain.Same for other countries.
Create a quality and content rich site;optimize it ethically and with hat methods.
Verify your site with Google webmaster account.Add google analytics code to your site.
Don't forget to add terms of use and privacy policy in your website.
Make website for users and not for search engines.
I suggest you can start a free business directory(not link directory),a travel related website or a real estate website where user post content.
Don't go for common sites like link directory or article directory.
Dont' do fast link building or white hat methods to promote your website or excessive link exchange.
Create dynamic site;not static.

Go to flixya.com add blog , videos , photos etc . Complete the profile . Add things on it for 2 days . Apply for adsense by there revenue sharing link.

 

Don't now actually but you can start a real estate website for small area.
e.g. Real Estate London. Real Estate Texas.
Their are many free real estate scripts available in PHP.
Or travel site like destinations in kerala etc..
By the way which is your country so I can tell better option

 

I also applied with my Flixya account and my adsense account is approved within 7 days... This method is really works...

 

Your site must be six months old min.

 

buy a verified adsense account I saw it for $25 or even less

 

I think you create a flash games site. It's easy and don't worry about content.

 

according to my experience revenue sharing sites are the best way to get approved by google within hours!
