    If you have traffic to your site. it won't be difficult to get ads. you can post it in web master forums, also there are services provide you adds and pay you.

    Just put the codes on your site. Most affiliate ppc and cpm has it.

    Don't think of monetizing your site when it is only new because you aren't going to earn anything. Try to make it big first.

    all advertising networks have their own terms of service. read those and you will see how you should place the ads, and how your content should be.
