How to get actual CPC in Real-time

    is there a way to get the actual cpc of a keyword when a person clicks on one of my ads, is this send through the "AutoTagging" or is there any place else i can get the data in realtime?

    I'd like to store this information in a database to determine which keywords are converting at the best price. I'm trying to avoid using google conversion tracking.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
