how to get account upgraded to panama?

    Why don't you read some reviews about the new yahoo program before you upgrade. There are a lot of negative reviews about it and i don't find it to be helpful with your ad campaigns. How would you like to use PPC where you cannot see your average position?

    Is it really that bad? I really want to be able to geotarget my ads so I stop getting international traffic that I can't monetize.

    What else is so bad about it?
