    where is a moderator when you need one? You clearly haven't realised that this should be posted in the services for sale section, or in your case for spamming look under "the toilet lid" and re-post it in there

    Simple...you have to wait until you have 6 months worth of the content. Then reapply - not before that. Work on your blog, write some good articles and content (don't copy other stuff), get some visitors and traffic flowing to your blog, otherwise even at 6 months you won't likely get approval.
