possible and what is the best thing to do for it

Idont know about your keyword,but i can rank my keyword on first page within 3 week by doing forum posting and blog comment .Its all depend on your keyword competition and quality of your backlink ,of course quality content always came up at first page easily

 

AS my keyword is not so in competition and for that i want to know is sufficient forum posting and blog comments is blog comments will help us in our ranking

If the niche is not competitive then good content will be enough, if its some competitive then you'll need a lot of quality backlinks, if its a lot competitive you'll need a link from google itself haha. I assume that by "top" you mean top 10.

Hello, i have handled many seo projects till now. the one thing i have observed is a static website can give you results more quickly then dynamic.

If you really want to bring your few keywords on to then my first suggestion is search engine submission. Once you are done with it you can directly start with the directory submissions and after 1 week you can start book marking. If properly done you will get what you want.

 

Is it really first we have to submit directory then we can start the social bookmarking but as we see many of directory or not publishing we submitted more then 200 but still not even a single directory showing their results

There is no Specific answer for your question. because It's completely depended on your keyword, keyword competition etc..
