I've got a site in Simplified chinese language, have been lived for a year already and Baidu already indexed but somehow it shows only 2 pages indexed in their results. My site has more than 20K pages though but never ranks at all.

I tried submit my URL couple times but nothing happen. Since my site and Baidu have the same language, they should crawl and indexed automatically but they didn't.

Do you guys have any experience on this search engine? Any comment are appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

You got 20K pages in Chinese? What type of content is that? If this is from automated softwares then this is spam and not relevant for Baidu. Furthermore if your site is not physically hosted in China you can't really perform well in Baidu.

    "physically hosted in China "

hmmm... interesting. Actually it's a website of the company I work for as a freelance. We have 5 languages well translated selling e-commerce products and Chinese is one of them.

Is it complicate to host a site in China?

    thanks in advance.
