How To get a response from godaddy?

I had a support ticket, and it got sent to the Advanced Technical Support Team. They said they'd resolved the issue, but had not actually fixed it.

I tried responding by email saying that they had not resolved it, but they have not replied. This was on Monday. On Tuesday I phoned up the support number, but the support person said he could not help as he was not on the advanced support team. But he said it would be fixed within 72 hours of the email. That was last night.

How can I get a response from the Advanced Support Team? They have taken longer than the 72 hours, and I am concerned that my ticket has fallen off the radar.

I hear these things frequently about godaddy hosting platform, so I think not good choice for hosting, when you can get many other host on instant chat

It took more than 72 hours? That's insane. Such things would never happen with HostGator, for example.
I would never recommend using companies like godaddy, namecheap etc. as web hosting providers. They register domain names while web hosting remains their second business. Companies, that specialise in web hosting only tend to be better most often.
