How to get a picture for forum?

Sorry stupid question, but how can I get a picture so I use it in the forum with my name? I don't have small pictures on my computer to download. I see others use opictures, so i feel not very intelligent

 

Go into User CP. You have to upload the picture as your avatar/profile picture.

 

The picture you use for your Avatar can be no larger than 80 x 80 Pixels.. You can use a smaller one of you wish....

I don't use them, but I am sure there are many other places to find them.

 

I am very much sure it was 100x100 earlier, i think Shawn changed it to 80x80.

What is very easy? I just confused profile picture (which is 100x100) with avatar (which is 80x80).
