    Submit your site to as many directories as possible. Buy high PR links.
    I dont know when is the next update, i would guess 1.5-2 monthes :)

    build relevant one way links to your site. Try to obtain links that have the least amount of other website links on them and try to should for pages with a higher pr then yours.

    I tried, but for some odd reason I have negative rep, so it won't let me.
