This makes me think that you have a site with almost unimportant content but a lot of people visits your site. Very strange. You should analyze what people are looking for and add some content in this regard. Then your PR will hopefully increase. But remember, content is king!
Looks like it is not working out as well for me. Using search term fitness a lot of them end up not being do follow.
If you rank high in serps than it doesn't matter if you have high pr or not, its only 1 of 200 factors that determines your serp rankings
If your contents are good, people will come voluntarily to link to your site and thereby increasing your PR
That happened to me too. Linking with higher pr's is definately better than linking to 1000's of pr 0 sites.
The thing is I know sites that have much stronger links than me, but still there PR is similar or lower.
This actually makes the most sense. After all, the idea is to bring in traffic, 1 pr4 won't do crap for you in that respect.
There is some good advice right there.. I've never done blog commenting, might try that.At the same time it is quite time consuming and some blogs have restrictions such as no commercial sites. You gotta pretend you read all that nonesense. Thanks for the tips though.
Some blogs are like that, but for the most part they only mind that you use your name and not preffered anchor text.
check my sig.. PR3 32 days... great traffic, great links.. Google & i now have a much better relationship
I try to concentrate on increasing readers more than anything, some types of traffic can be worthless.
PR is a great way to make money from selling links though... the higher the PR, the more money people are willing to offer you :O so yea... thanks for the post
