I am looking into starting a new company. The primary sellers and buyers of these services are webmasters, people who own websites. I know when you register a domain you have to list an administrative contact e-mail address. Is there anyway to obtain a list of these contact e-mail addresses?
Or in other words, you are trying to spam via whois. The only way you can do it is manually copying those email addresses when available and still at risk of being catch as a spammer.
I don't like to call it spamming, more like, politely informing them of the services that I can provide to them as webmasters lol. but I've found software that does what I am looking for so I don't have to manually do it myself.
spam or not .. depends on your emails.. if your email is sent only to related webmasters, with politely and honestly tells who you are, what are you looking for.. manual typing as a friend... i think this is not a spam.. but if you sent emails to all whois that you got, just ask them to buy / sell.. hide / lied your information.. i think this is spam that misused the whois information.. only my 2 cents..
