You need brain and time to investigate which industry is profitable .
And then it is the good niche .
Coz we make money from adsense, actually we and google are paid by industrial advertisers .

    i think juntinlorder is correct.

in addition to this. you need to identify the area where you have interest. because developing a good site needs some time also. So if you identify one area which is gaining popularity but doesn't interest you. Then it's no point creating a site in that niche as it won't generate long term revenue.

Once u have site which belongs to a niche which has visitors then u need to add content which will attract them. Trust me you will never fall short of visitors as long as you have nice content.

    Thanks

To find a good niche market, you to find a small amount of people who have a problem that has been fulfilled (are not properly fulfilled). Sometimes, these markets are so small that large companies do not care about them. Keywords might help to find you. Do a search about something precise, but very precise. If you do not find any relevant answers (or websites) and you know that there keywords are searched more than 100 times a day, then you may have a niche market for you.

Erm if you you have a good sound understanding of debt insolvency or advice on debt management, well anything advice related to the current economic climate would be a good niche right now. For example the leading site for the keywords Debt management has seen a 175% increase in search popularity in the last 3 months. Some keywords such as my example fluctuate in popularity dependant on social trends or in this case economic trends. Best advice think big, think global. Ask yourself how can i target the widest possible audience, what is everyone else talking about? There are some great sites out there that can help analyse keyword fluctuatons, and help to predict the best niches at the present time.

I use micronichefinder. It is really nice to digg some gold.

But if you are just starting out, you can use google adwords, seobook keyword tool and compare it.

Always check the keyword in google with quotes and try to pick one with at least 2000 searches per month and have competition less than 100000
