Personally I think the best way to get a good article writer is by writing them yourself. When you write articles yourself you can make sure they are specifically tailored to your demands. This means you achieve the quality, length and keyword density that you want. If you're completely unable to find an article writer then you might want to go searching. Personally I think there are a lot of very poor writers out there. Careful even though they may seemingly offer good deals the quality and they will produce is so terrible that you'll just throw the entire article away. Everyone has their own idea of what the 'perfect price' is and it's a direct translation of whether or not they found anyone good to work for that price. My suggestion to you is no lower then 0.01/word. This is the normal price to hire a native English speaking writer who can provide you with eloquent, natural text which encompasses emotion and flow. Good luck finding yourself a writer though, start them off small and see if you enjoy their work.
I have only found one really good Article Writer on DP and that was Sakariwrites, she has reasonable prices and gives you good quality. I myself have recently started to write articles myself just because I can save some money.
