I have always been wondering, how can I get a forum really popular? I have run around 2 forums before, but I shut both of them down due to unpopularity. But yet again I want to open another forum, so I have one question, how would I give the forum a big lift off of the ground? Regards, Jay
relay hard because of easy to setup and run. I think that you have to ask about 5-10 people to write in the forum for about 6 months and advertise the forum online and offline.
There is no do A) then B) formula. It's hard work, effort, and many factors outside your control. You can read dozens of threads here that might help you figure out what your formula to success will be. Many have taken different paths to become a popular forum. Start today and start learning.
Never loose that determination and you should be OK Starting a forum can often start off really slow. If you have a handful of faithful friends/members you'll do much better.
