I don't know crap about servers but have to ask. We want to switch because we hate Office Live. Our Client owns the Domain Name but so far they won't give us access or anything. How the heck do we take the owned by our Client Domain Name and put it somewhere else (in this case GoDaddy)? I think I'm not posting this in the right area but the Server forums have tons of Sub-forums I don't understand.
you must request to transfer the domain name (you must have a GoDaddy Acct) and send the request from that account. it takes up to 7 days to transfer a domain name.
