How to get a back link from New York Times?

I heard if we can get a back link or article from new york times, our site will get a good position in google.

Would you please share your skills on how to do?

 

The only way you'll get in the NY Times or any other big media website is if you provide an outstanding service or do something crazy for them to write an article on something related to you, which will probably include a backlink to your site.

Let's call it link baiting on Steroids!

 

I think about a year ago i had added a articale to there Blog about Beekeeping with a linkback to my Blog that was excepted but because it was only the Blog it still provide a good link but not alot else.Its worth a try you never know.
