Poeple say that they get daily 5000 visitor on their blog. I really surprised because I get only 200 daily visitor on my blog. So how is it possible?

Post interesting links on Digg, StumbleUpon and other social networking sites. If your post catches the eye it will give you a boost in visitors, other than that use SEO to help you move up the rankings (your signature does say "SEO Expert" after all).
setting up something of value or perceived value can really help. You need to offer something that people rarely can find elsewhere...which these days is rare as everyone is always copying everyone else, one failure starts with just copying someone else. 200 visits is not a bad start...not too sure what you offer to begin with, but beef it up so they keep coming back...if you have nothing to offer, then why would they keep coming back for more? If it is a blog, I can lookup any info about anything online, so why would I come to your blog? unless it just happend to be in my search...anyone can place anything/something online to get a few visits, but you have to have something of value to keep visitors coming back for more...
The best way to get visitors is Social media. Ofcourse search engines providing organic traffic is undoubtedly the best but that requires time and patience. As mentioned above, do loads of social bookmarking. The day you hit the first page of any good social bookmarking site, 5000+ visitors is guaranteed. However instead of waiting for that, you'd rather spend that amount of time in seo.
All of it requires patience and diligence, there are a tremendous number of ways to get traffic - social bookmarking, forum marketing, article marketing, press releases, web 2.0 backlinks, organic traffic, offline marketing (think business cards taped to an ATM), chat rooms, link sharing, link buying (good luck), posting on blogs, and so on and so forth. More than just keyword, search engine placement, it's about letting people know you exist. If you have 200/day already - just keep doing what you are doing.
No one gets 5000 visits overnight. Great articles, proper readership, good content management and managing the promotions very well continuously will surely get you to that number.

I agree, if you got to 200uv a day then you must be doing something right. Just keep doing what you are doing, eventually you will reach your goal.
To increase traffic there are really only 3 ways 1. Increase repeat traffic. Have content that makes a visitor want to return in the future. 2. Improve current marketing strategies. 3. Expand marketing strategies.
You have 200 visitors, other have 5k and other have 100k or more. Like someone already told you, you can't have this traffic from the beginning. You need to work add content which could grab visitors to your websites. But this isn't enough. You need to attract links from other websites from your niche (or to force this links to appear). There are a lot of ways which could increase your traffic. No one can't help you if we are talking as general tips. Read about some methods and if you don't understand come back here with particular questions.
You should try different methods to get traffic. 1. SEO. Optimize your posts, get free backlinks or buy good backlinks. 2. Social marketing. Try to write 2-4 really usefull posts and post them on digg, reddit, etc... If you can't write them yourself you can hire a copywriter or buy articles. 3. Forum marketing. Be active on forums that have the same topic. 4. Twitter. Make account, get >1000 followers and announce every post you make. But don't spam! 5. Make usefull videos and upload them on video hostings. You should give people really usefull information or services.
