How to get 25 points?

    I want to post a offer in the sales area, but it seems that i need to have 25 points (?) and my account have to been 14 days old. Before i can do this.

    How does i get the points?

    No, but the system doesn't bother to check for account upgrades if the user haven't visited the site.
