Yeah a lot of people will see those types of videos. Also any health related words will help you get views. I used "Six pack abs" and got 4 times the amount of that for an adult keyword.

I use natural methods, real visitors, embedding on popular sites, embedding in MySpace profiles - comments etc. then video bookmarking websites, digg, stumbleupon, etc. You need a unique video and a popular topic, like celebrities, music, movies - as these will get natural searches on Youtube and then gather traffic from Google, Yahoo and other Video embedding websites. I have a lot of customers and get views for them daily. A lot of my customers have videos in niches that aren't so popular and many are webmasters promoting affiliate programs - so they want targeted traffic. Personally I use popular topics - that aren't over saturated. You can take several approaches, like most people advised here before me. 1. The black hat approach - buying views of fivver, or downloading a software that does this. 2. The white hat approach - do a bit of keyword research, and know your on-site seo to be applied the same way on your videos to get searched. Ex: dogs suck Title of your video: Dogs suck and Cats rule! Title of video description: should be similar to a blog post, then possibly add in your website (optional) Note: If your linking your website out there, that means your ready to show off your website. I can go on, and on about this, but this is a waste of time if this isnt applied.
My suggestion is to follow the simple steps below - 1. Name your channel well. 2. Title with exact keyword. 3. Arrangement of Metadata 4. Creating Thumbnail. 5. Annotation - an effective tool 6. Be as consistence as possible 7. Engage with your audience.
