How to generate your own VCC?- Explained

    Yes, this is how most of the VCC sellers around generate VCC's , same can be done with a few other banks too. I dont see whats illegal there? A Bank provides that facility so that it can be used :)

    Yeah, HDFC is the one that is most commonly used.
    I am not aware of other banks offering the same service.

    I don't think they charge anything for it.
    It is available to all account holders. Just get your net banking activated.

    but sellimg vcc is against HDFC policy.

    kotak is another, there are some others too(a ll search can help to find them)

    Yeah But u can always use them for urself.

    Also, HDFC bank have been issuing warnings(if i can say so) to not to use their netsafe cards with adwords(and still price for adwords VCC is falling, lol)
