We'll I would suggest that you share the video on facebook, tumblr, twitter, spam vg.no and dagbladet.no (2 largest Norwegian news sites), repost a short version on youtube, share the video in facebook groups, as well as post it on reddit.

That should drive a bit of traffic I'm sure.

Do a Google search for truth about ab new ebook. That is my video and I have a ton of them all ranking in the first page on first spot, just so you know that I know what I am talking about...

I really dont know if you have done it or not. But it is important that you have a good seo plan for the video
Are you targeting any keyword and is your title, description and tags optimized for your keywords. These are the on page seo that helps your video to rank naturally not to talk of external backlinking as well

 

I think the best way to go is social marketing, but also, promote it with bloggers or people that have a large following on facebook or twitter. If they promote it, you have a better chance of it getting good traffic.
