    there are many ways to build baclinks, if we have big budgets we can buy high quality link.. but if we don't have money to do it, we can use social bookmark, blog posting, and blog commenting

    there are many ways for link building. and many of them are already published on your thread, by the way why don't you search in Google. i am sure you will get plenty of information. the whole SEO is made of link building. social bookmarking, directory submissions, do follow blog commenting, link wheel, web 2.0 properties creation etc. are some popular ways for link building.
