how to gain google PR?

People see PR as important but really it only controls how ofter your pages are crawled. so if you have a lot of good content PR will come with time. Try not to Focus on PR and build good content.

 

you need certain number of backlinks to get a PR. tho, for me PR is just a green bar. content is really important.

 

Start off page optimization and try to use the best keywords while writing your blog.

 

Maybe your site just aint worth no PR at all.

But, it's hard to get quality links, because I'm PR0 and a lot of sites don't want a link exchange with me! but i have some PR4 and PR2 links.

I hear that if I add every day a lot of content, this will increase my PR after some time, because the site/blog is active. Is that true? 6 days ago, I creat a blog with song lyrics, and every day I add 5-6 lyrics = 5-6 posts ( each lyric in one post ) and after 6 days I already have more than 100 unique visitors ( total, not per day ). PR of this blog is still N/A because there wasn't PR update yet, but i put Adsense on it, which will help a little bit Google to find my blog.

btw. I have a PR 2 one year old blog, and on it I linked all my sites.

I'm searching for a quality backlinks, so if somebody knows a good directoy or if somebody wants to do a link exchange, I'm here!

Personally I think its all down to good content, if I go on a page and dont like the first few lines I am off never to return !
