How to Frame in Offers - Specific Dimensions

    Example: www.downloadrings.com

    That frames in just the boxes where you enter your number - although looking at it from here in the UK it isn't working for me. I assume it works fine for those in the USA for some reason.

    But how would I do this? I know how to frame in a page, but I don't know how to frame in dimensions or certain pages.

    I would but I'm using Maxbounty at the moment as they approved me earlier - my Azoogleads rep doesn't seem interested in getting my account status from approved to active.
