How to force Toolbar to use Datacenter

  1. #1
    go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

    open the host file

    paste the following line at the end (you could use another datacenter)

    64.233.171.107 www.google.com

    restart the explorer

    Enjoy your new pagerank
