I posted this in another section but no one seems to know. Many sites that offer free web hosting and have a footer that is forced onto the free hosted site. The footers usually contain links in them. A client of mine has 2000+ free hosting customers that I want to tap into. Does anyone know how to force insert those footers? I heard this can be done through Apache but I don't know how. Has anyone done this or can anyone inform me on how to do it?
