Good article. I can see how this will benefit some people. As far as the time you spend developing a site goes, it's only ever worth what the top bidder is willing to spend on it. If you can pull it off and flip it within 24 hours, then that's great. I don't think you will appeal to the people who are looking for top quality sites with tons of users and visitors along with a high page rank and backlinks, but that shouldn't stop you from making a nice profit though.
