How to fix the number of ads you can show has been limited?

Hi, I've been seeing this message in my AdSense panel for a few weeks: 'The number of ads you can show has been limited for one or more of your AdSense products. For more information, go to the Policy Center.' For 2-3 days, I had a lot of traffic on one of my websites. The traffic came from Google, and I hadn't done anything. In fact, I hadn't posted anything in several months. Could someone please help me figure out how to fix this problem? The website that had the traffic is this one: https://fullfreesoftware.net

Check where traffic comes from in your Google Analytics or other tools. If there's a lot of suspicious traffic (e.g., bots, unknown referrers), this might be the cause.

Thank you for your response. The traffic came from organic Google searches, which is what surprised me. The traffic was of good quality since most of it came from Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India. However, I hadn't done anything to cause this, so I'm not sure what to do to address the situation. The traffic issue only lasted for about 3-4 days and has now normalized.

Ok, since there doesn’t seem to be a solution for this, do you know how long it will stay in this situation?

    Hi Kaiti
There are various reasons for this, kindly recheck your GA and dive deep into it.
Check if the same users (small group of users) click on your ad again and again. This can also cause this issue.
Check the bot traffic and spikes.
Ad placement also be an issue, check the ad placement and don't place ads with the clickable elements.

As you are saying all your traffic comes from organic search results, kindly submit an appeal to the AdSense support team and share the screenshots of your analytics (traffic sources).

    Hope this will help you.

Thank you very much for your response. As mentioned above, the traffic comes from Google since I also had high impressions, which is not something under my control. Additionally, regarding the ads, they are set up automatically via AdSense since I use Google Site Kit. Now, how can I contact AdSense support?

Login to your AdSense account, click on the Help icon and click on Contact Us.
I am not very sure if they will offer you the live chat option or not but other options can help you, if not then you can post your issue in the community forums or sometimes they offer email support.
