There is a problem with studiopress red theme that we cannot comment on the pages while comment on the posts is working fine
open single.php with notepad and fine <?php comments_template(); ?>. learn the place of this code. then open page.php and find the same place. add <?php comments_template(); ?>. save the file.

if you are talking about this theme, please use this codes. i tested and everything is ok. i also fixed the "log out" link problem. comments.php: page.php: or download them from here(attached file is same).
