How to Fix Sitemap Warning From Google Webmaster.

    I create a xml sitemap for my website and submit in to google webmaster. But when I am submitting this site map into webmaster its easily submit and show warnings some urls blocked by robots.txt file.
    But in robots.txt file we allow everything.
    How it can be possible can any one suggest me.
