I check my cpanel and found out that my email address trace has an error. The mail from my does not foward to Anyone know how to fix this.
Could you post the exact error? Does it recieve mail if the alias is not set up? Does it forward to a local account but not @yahoo.com?
hoodvs, This feature allows you to view how the mail server will treat a message when sending to or delivering to a specific address. The picture shows the delivery path diagram with exclamation mark in red colour. That means my mail from server cannot foward to the specific address. Any idea why. Is it the configuration or what? Please advise. Tq
Hi anyone, Message from my cpanel mail server. ____________________________________________________________ This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. It says it right there (in the bounce message you've posted above) why the message isn't being delivered: ikwee2008@yahoo.com No Such User Here Code (markup): May want to check that?
In that case, check the headers of the bounce message you received. It's probably the case that it isn't from Yahoo and your server is trying to deliver it locally. It should be configured to only accept mail for your own domain.
Sorry can't quite understand. Did you mean that mail from local server cannot be deliver to yahoo or gmail account. Any other way to redirect my domain mail to yahoo account.
What I mean is that your server thinks it should accept mail destined for yahoo.com or gmail.com etc. Check your configuration and set it so that it forwards mail.
