    You have links to URLs that do not exists (404 not found) - fix those those links. (e.g. A1 Sitemap Generator, but there are other tools as well, can tell you from where a given URL is linked in your website.)
    Incase it is external sites that link to broken URLs at your website, you can try redirect those URLs.

    The links are pointing to 404 page. You have to remove such links or correct such links.

    You can get Google crawl errors from web master tools and fix it also through Google web master tools...
