How to FIX HTML Issue On WordPress ?

    I have a website hosted with WordPress and there is Problem in HTML in my Website !

    When i update my website post in any Social Networking sites My website "HTML's" are Displaying

    This is My Facebook Fan Page Link "https://www.facebook.com/moderntimelinecovers"

    "You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <​a href="" title=""> <​abbr title=""> <​acronym title=""> <​b> <​blockquote cite=""> <​cite> <​code> <​del datetime=""> <​em> <​i> <​q cite=""> <​strike> <​strong>"

    This is the HTML above are displaying on my Facebook Fan Page on every post i update

    and my Website Address is www.moderntimelinecovers.com

    and do help me in FIXING this issue !!
