How to find website owner/manger to contact?

Here I have a question on contacting partners.

My current business focus is on the personal development
    and entrepreneur niche.

I have created a simple yet quite powerful ebook
and would like to contact more partners to
giveaway it if they like it.

If I would like to collect the contact
information of a list of website or blog resulted
from the Google search in that niche using
different related keywords, what is the best way
to obtain such information in your experience?

Whois search does not always have
    the right contact information.

Is there a tool to find such information in large
    scale e.g. 500 url at a time?

Or is there a database or list brokering
    service to obtain such information?

May be I am going to the wrong direction to
approach the partners. Do you have better
suggestion to quickly giveaway this free ebook
to more people in the niche?

    Warmly
    Frank

I'll suggest you search blogs in the niche of education, jobs, enterpreneurial, career development, potential development, self improvement, etc.
There should be hundreds of thousand good blogs on these niches. You could use some tools like blog finders to identify blogs which meets your requirement. It will help you save some time identifying the relevant page of relevant blogposts.
That's I'm doing currently. I believe there must be something better. But this is still worth a trial.
    Anyway, Hope it will help.
