How to find users who posted to a hashtag and filter by number posts, followers, following etc?

    I would like to search for all Instagram users who
    - have posted to a particular hashtag within, for example, the last 3 days,
    - have less than, for example, 100 followers
    - are following more than, for example, 1000 users
    - have fewer than, for example, 10 posts on their account
