How to find USA marketing/advertisement agencies per city

I'm trying to find all marketing- and advertisement agencies, devided per state (and per state, devided per city).

I've been Googling for hours now to find and create a list of those agencies manually, but that is veeeery time consuming (I currently found 64 agencies, which costed me +/- 6 hours).

    Anything would help!

    Thanks!

Have you already checked out yelp? http://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=Advertising+Agency
Even if you have some filter options, you still have to select them manually (or write a web scrapper for it).

Similar to the poster above, you can try yellow pages. For instance, advertising agencies in LA:

    yellowpages.com/search?search_terms=Advertising+Agencies&geo_location_terms=Los+Angeles%2C+CA

I tried the Yellowpages, but that didn't deliver much results. When I click your link, I get "We’re ever so sorry. You may have encountered a temporary glitch."
