Websiteoutlook.com is available...But surely it could not give exact or even approximate monetary value...Bcos it uses some fixed algorithms to find it...Fixed algorithms never help to judge correctly..

Not only Websiteoutlook, All these type of sites using fixed algorithms...So No use of these type sites..

Anyway Godaddy.com , sedo.com sites give appraisals of site value. But For the same site, these sites offer different monetary values. So i hope these also neither accurate nor approximate.

As for as my concern, to find out the value , Use these things

    1. Monthly hosting costs
    2. Design cost
    3. How much traffic you have
    4. Page Rank
    5. What unique technology you use or offer to people.
    6. Submit your site in Bids and see how much far it goes.

    All the best ...

Website calculators that don't know anything about your incoming revenues and outgoing expenses are obviously the best choice here. Use them.

I think that it's impossible for other site to calculate the value of your site because they actually don't know the revenue.

Thanks for the tip about estibot (woulda been better to spell it correctly :( ). But I question it's accuracy because, even for basic publicly available info it is way off. e.g.

    http://estibot.com/results.php?domain=Signal-Integrity-Tips.com

estibot says PR 0 when it is in fact PR 4

estibot says 14 inbound links when it is in fact 800+ links from 44 domains

I personally like this one as it's quick, simple and, according to my tests, quite precise:
    Site value calculator
