I've read that for good SEO it is a good idea to ping the rss feed of your squidoo lens after you modify it. But, this same information failed to explain how you were to go about finding the address of your lense's rss feed. Does anyone know how to do this, or is this all just a bunch of baloney? Thanks.
If you have firefox, there should be an RSS icon on the upper right of the address type-in area. Simply visit your lens, click it and it will display on the page after. You can also ping lenses through squidutils.com - it's a free service
Squidutils.com is excellent. Just republish your lens before you go there as it only allows you to ping very recently updated lenses.
SquidUtils.com also provides Lensmaster Feeds, which will contain all of your lenses. Perfect for syndicating for deep links.
