How to find the IP address of Yahoo, MSN and Skype Chatters

Hey!
Do you know how to get an IP for a Skype message ?
There's the thing : someone got a message from a certain skype member .. this member has an account but was logged in on 2 devices (1 on the MAC in USA, 2nd on PC in Europe). Can we check from which one the message has been sent ?
