Hello friends, Can anyone please help me about finding signature allowed forums . And also give me an idea about how i can get backlinks from signature . It's urgent .

I am not aware of any system that can search and find signature allowed forums. However, they can be hard to find. With enough posts and time of membership - this site is a good example of how to utilize the signature feature. Good luck
I would recommend you to Go on Google and make some searches about Signature allowed forums, it's likely that you will be able to find a substantial amount of them. Otherwise, if you are interested I can send you a list of 30.
this is called "in-text advertising", this is how DP makes money from your posts, no moderators will help you here
I would argue a) most forums allow signatures - to insentivize content contribution b) rather look for forums that related for your site niche (e.g. bodybuilding forum for weight loss site), than check them manually if you see any member signatures on their posts

if you mean "mean moderators", you won't get penalty when contributing by answering somebody's questions or starting new discussions vs "subscribed", "pm'ed", "you are absolutely right" kind of replies if you mean google penalty, the signature link from the related forums to your site niche, would probably not going to be considered by google as inappropriate/spam
I ment google penalty. As i understand it, google won't give me penalty if it does not consider my link a spam? Or am I missing a point here...
