    Just go to Google+ and create circle as SEO, then search above with seo or search engine optimization. You will find at-least one person their follow them..and then follow his followers.

    If you use Gmail, you can directly interact with your contacts. If not you will have to work for a wile to find some friends...

    You can use your Gmail contacts on Google+ website. Otherwise you will have to spend a lot of time in search of seo friends.
