    It's possible that Shopify doesn't create an rss sitemap by default.
    I don't have a clue why the sitemap.xml doesn't work in Bing, as that is the mostly widely used format.
    I see Shopify has an app that creates hourly html sitemaps, but it is an extra $3 per month, which really isn't justified when the XML sitemap should work perfectly fine.

    Some Shopify apps offer HTML or custom sitemaps, but you probably don't need to pay extra for either unless you have specific needs. XML sitemaps are standard and should work fine if you set them up correctly.
    If you're into blogging, Shopify has built-in support for RSS feeds.
    But if your site isn't focused on blogs, you might not have to worry much about RSS feeds.

    A Tip:
    Look at your robots.txt file. Make sure it's not blocking your sitemap.
