Rules How to find reason for banning about a member?

    Hello,

I always outsource to members of DP but some have since been banned. I'm not shocked about 1 or 2 of them as they turned out to be messers but I currently have some major dealings with a banned member. How do I know whether the infraction was serious or not?

We do not discuss why members are banned.

It is a good practice to always obtain contact information from other members that you're going to dealing with.

Many of us have been banned from DP with outstanding clients; we still honour contracts we have.

Most members are banned for a short time scale.

Try and contact them before you start worrying.

    Thanks Brian

All good. Received response from Gavilles and am happy with answer. I wasn't concerned with the few banner designers and forum posters being banned but I was surprised to see the ban as I find them good.

The extent to which one was banned can only be viewed by that user when that user tries to access the boards using their account.

    (and of course by staff)
