How to find press / news stories in Google

    Lets say you own a multi national company which on a regular basis has news stories / press about the company.

    Is there any way in which you could look for all the press stories about the company using Google, i.e you can do links:www.yourdomain.com to check links, is there anything out there like news:www.yourdomain.com?
