This ID more fully uniquely identifies your specific PayPal account for use in processing payments to you without error. The method of sending PayPal payments to an email address has unfortunately lead to confusion in some cases. Using this unique ID will also possible attempts to hijack your payments in the event that your account details have been compromised. There are two methods that we know of that will enable you to quickly and accurately locate your Unique PayPal Account ID: Method 1: 1.Log in toyour PayPal account. 2.Click upon "Profile" 3.Notice under the words "Profile Summary" (towards the top) 4.Note the series of upper case letters and numbers after "Secure Merchant Account ID" Method 2: 1.Log in to your PayPal account. 2.Go directly to the bottom (footer) text menu of the page. 3.Click upon "Referrals" 4.Notice the "Send your personalized referral link in an email" section of the page. 5.Note the text box containing your PayPal referral code.
