how to find out who's using whichIP address

    Ok ..once a month this guy emails me some nasty stuff telling me MY site sucks and all...tonight he called me a Co$k sucker !!!! that bitc%h!..lol

    This da IP : 130.13.57.71 ( I know it's in Arizona )

    It all started when I started advertising where he does or where I presume he does..My best bet is that Im killing his Adsense Revenue. lol hey I got better contents and better traffic whoever he is ..hopefully aint one you you folks! muhahahaha:eek:

    I've gotten emails from other competition stating I have a nice site..but this guy can't take no heat!

    so anyway I can get email?

    There's no way you can find which email add is that guy accessing from the given particular IP
    but if you want to find out the location of that IP you can simply to go this website www.ip2location[dot]com
