    Create it! ;-)

Believe me or not, you are not the only one who wants this. There are thousands of other website owners with huge amount of money and they do this. The more keywords is occupied the smaller is your choice. So if you have not a million of dollars the best thing you can do is to look for a long tail keywords or create your own unique keyword (like Google is) and build up the community around it ...

After using google keyword tool to find the keywords with good search volume and cpc estimates I would recommend using Traffic Travis Free version or the Market Samurai 30 day trial to figure out how tough your competition will be. This will save you a lot of time and practically guarantee results IF everything else is in line.

You can also use Google Trends to find more detail about a particular keyword and specially about the trendy keywords.

I agree, google adwords is great to find good keywords with high CPC. Don't expect to get those results though, but if there is a keyword listed as $3 CPC and another at $0.10, the $3 one is going to bring you more money per click. The catch though is, the higher CPC keywords typically have higher competition.

    Good luck

I'd recommend a site like SEMrush and focus on rank magnets such as ehow.com or about.com. Look for keywords those sites rank highly for that have over 1,000 monthly local searches, some established competition, and a google top 10 with at least 7+ sites with less than 100 back links.

If you make your site is relevant, optimized and provides value you should have no trouble finding a profitable micro niche. Oh and always keep building backlinks...the more contextual the better.

Target long tail keywords. Long tail keywords are always profitable but all depends on you how you are using it.

Make good competitor analysis first, choose keyword that are google friendly using google keyword tool. Make sure the keyword must explain your web page. Don't just concentrate on ranking your keyword, think about the conversion rate too

Find a keyword tool that tells 'profit potential'. Then just find keyword with high profit potential. See the column below? It's so easy.

Finding the right keyword and getting it to rank are key. Some will take longer to rank on first page. Remember this, the number 1 ranked site gets 42 percent of the clicks. It decreases drastically from positions 2-10, believe number two is 11 or 12 percent.

So, a keyword that gets 10,000 local searches, the number one site would get 4,200 clicks. You can do an estimate monthly site earning based on that. For adsense I try to keep CPC at $1 or more, .but you can make money on .50 cents.

For affiliate offers I shoot for 20-30 per sale minimum.
