Is there a site that tells whether a site is sandboxed? I'm thinking of purchasing a site on flippa and just wanted to make sure before buying.
    Thanks.

Go to Google and type www.domain.com - if your domain doesn't show up it's probably sandboxed

Then type cache:www.yourdomain.com --> if it shows your domain must be in sandbox

Does it mean if you do not have google cache then you are sandbox by Google? Is there any other tools can everyone offer?

If you type site:domain.com. and cache:domain.com. then if your site appears in the search results then your site is not sandboxed or banned.

Yes, you can check it out, by viewing the search results after entering the domain name in google. If it does not appear means your website is in the sandbox.
