To people who dont know this but to find out if a site is powered by joomla or not all you gotta do is add 'administrator' to its full address for example:

lets say you went on a site called www.whatever.com and you wanted to find out if it was using joomla cms, so all you gotta do is in the address bar just add 'administrator' after the site url like this www.whatever.com/administrator and if it is using joomla a page will come up to login into the joomla admin panel and it will have a joomla logo on the top left hand corner.

    Simple.
